14 cup apple-cider vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
14 cup sour cream
2 tbsp mayonnaise
pinch of cayenne pepper
8 cups green cabbage, shaved
6 celery sticks, cut into batons
4 green apples, cut into batons
6 spring onions, chopped
Place vinegar, mustard, sour cream, mayonnaise, and cayenne in a large bowl and whisk to combine. Add cabbage, celery, apples, and spring onions; toss to combine; and serve.
