3 cups watermelon, chopped and seeded
300g beetroot, chopped
4 carrots, chopped
2 tbsp ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
½ cup mint leaves
1 tbsp spirulina (optional)
Push the watermelon, beetroot, carrots, ginger and mint through a juicer. Divide the juice between four glasses, add 1 tsp of spirulina to each glass and mix to combine.
