Warming Winter Cuppa
Boost your immune system and keep your gut happy with these winter warming drink.

Serves 1

1 cinnamon stick, halved

½ tbsp julienned ginger

1 garlic clove

¼ tsp fenugreek seeds

1 slice orange

1/2 finger fresh tumeric, chopped

1 cup boiling water

1 tsp raw honey, optional

Place the spices and orange in a cup. Add boiling water and set aside to brew for 5 minutes. Sweeten with honey if desired.
