Raspberry and Lime Frappe

Raspberry and Lime Frappe
Welcome the warmer season with this refreshing frappe.

Serves 6

120g punnet fresh raspberries
 (or frozen if fresh raspberries are unavavilable)

2 tbsp icing sugar

2 cups apple juice

2 cups purchased raspberry
 or berry sorbet

¼ cup fresh lime juice

750ml bottle sparkling mineral water, soda water or lemonade

2 cups crushed ice

Put raspberries, icing sugar, apple juice, sorbet and lime juice into a food processor 
or blender and puree. Pour into a large jug. Add mineral water or soda. Add crushed ice and stir. Pour into glasses and serve.
