Popcorn with Herbed Ghee
Popcorn with Herbed Ghee
Serves 4
½ cup popcorn
1 tbsp melted ghee
1 tbsp chopped mixed herbs
pinch sea salt
pinch freshly ground
white pepper
Place popcorn, ghee, herbs and salt and pepper in a non-stick saucepan. Cover and cook over a medium heat, shaking during cooking, for 5 minutes or until popcorn has finished popping. Serve.
