Peppered Chicken with Scalloped Potatoes

Peppered Chicken with Scalloped Potatoes recipe, brought to you by MiNDFOOD.

Serves 6

4 large potatoes cut into thick slices

40g sachet McCORMICK Slow Cookers Country Style Chicken Casserole

6 chicken breasts, halved lengthways

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup cream

1/2 cup grated cheese

Cracked black pepper

1 Place potatoes evenly over the slow cooker insert pot. Mix McCORMICK Slow Cookers Recipe Base with milk and cream, then pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

2 Cover and cook for 4 hours on HIGH. (Keep covered during cooking. Cooking times may vary between slow cooker models)

3 Sprinkle chicken with cracked black pepper and panfry until browned on both sides.

4 Remove slow cooker lid and stir potatoes, then place the chicken on top.

Cover and cook for another hour.
