Mango and Lime Lassi

Mango and Lime Lassi recipe, brought to you by MiNDFOOD.

Serves 6

3 large mangoes

3 cups icy cold milk

1 cup thick, Greek-style yoghurt

1/4 cup lime juice

2 tbsp honey

1 cup ice cubes

lime wedges, to serve

Peel skin from mangoes. Remove flesh and roughly chop. Place mango into a large blender with milk, yoghurt, lime juice, honey and ice. Blend until a thick, smooth mixture forms. Pour lassi into glasses and serve with lime wedges, if desired.

Note: If fresh mango is not available, use frozen cheeks 
or canned, drained mango.
