Linseed Vanilla Smoothies
Serves 4
2 bananas
2 tbsp ground linseeds
1 tbsp raw honey
2 tbsp wheatgerm
750ml chilled almond or organic milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Put bananas, linseeds, honey, wheatgerm, almond milk and vanilla into a blender and blend until smooth.
