Shoestring chips
1 small loaf of bread
160g mozzarella or provolone cheese, thinly sliced
8 thinly shaved slices ham
olive oil cooking spray
Dijon mustard to serve
1 Preheat a chargrill over a medium-high heat. Preheat oven to 220C. Put chips onto a baking tray and place in oven.
2 Cut loaf into 8 slices. Place slices of cheese and ham onto bread. Spray with olive oil. Cook sandwiches, 2 at a time, on chargrill for 2-3 minutes or until charred. Transfer to a baking tray and place in oven. Cook remaining sandwiches. Serve with chips and Dijon mustard.
