Green Smoothie Recipe
Serves 1
Ingredients:
1 cup kale or English spinach, shredded
1 ripe banana, chopped
1 ripe pear, chopped
1 tbsp psyllium powder
½ cup (125ml) unsweetened apple juice
Method:
Put the kale, banana, pear, psyllium and apple juice into a blender and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
