Whether you’re in need of a great entree for your next dinner party or simply after a tasty snack, this smoked salmon roll-up is perfect. Serve with a glass of crisp white wine.
150g snow peas,
½ cup sour cream
1 lime, rind finely grated
1/3 cup chervil sprigs
200g smoked salmon
1 Place snow peas into a bowl and cover with boiling water. Stand for 1 minute or until just tender. Drain and transfer to a bowl of iced water.
2 Combine sour cream, rind, juice, salt and pepper in a bowl. Drain peas and pat dry with paper towel.
3 Place a piece of smoked salmon onto a chopping board. Spread with 2 tsp sour cream mixture. Top with snow peas and chervil sprigs. Roll up. Transfer to a platter. Roll remaining ingredients as described. Serve with a glass of crisp, white wine (optional).
