Chocolate, Walnut and Date Balls Recipe

Ingredients:
500g pitted dates, roughly chopped
2 tbsp chocolate hazelnut spread
2 tbsp ground linseeds
190g walnuts, roughly chopped
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp organic raw sugar
Method:
Put the dates, chocolate hazelnut spread, ground linseeds and 90g of the walnuts into a food processor and process until the mixture binds together into a ball.
Roll tablespoons of the mixture into small balls and roll in the combined walnut, cinnamon and sugar mix. Store in an airtight container.
