1 can Ceres Organics Chickpeas,
drained and rinsed
1/3 cup lemon juice
4 cloves of garlic, crushed
½ tsp Ceres Organics Sea Salt
200ml Ceres Organics Hulled Tahini
4 tbsp water
¼ cup Ceres Organics Soy Oil,
plus extra for drizzling
paprika, to garnish
chopped fresh parsley, to garnish
1. Combine chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic, salt, tahini, water and oil in a food processor. Blend to a creamy puree. Add more lemon juice, or salt to taste. Spread onto a flat bowl, drizzle with oil, sprinkle with paprika and scatter parsley over the top.
2. Serve with warm pita bread cut into quarters.
