Makes 36 pieces
750g dark, bittersweet chocolate
1 cup puffed millet
½ cup goji berries
1 cup dried cranberries
½ cup dried kiwifruit
½ cup dried figs
½ cup dried mango, roughly chopped
¾ cup salted pistachios, roughly chopped
1 cup macadamia nuts, roughly chopped
¼ cup crystallised ginger, finely chopped
150g green or red glace cherries, roughly chopped
¼ cup orange zest
2 tbsp golden syrup
Line a 20 x 30cm slice tin with baking paper. Melt chocolate in a glass bowl, over a saucepan of simmering water.
In another large bowl combine all the remaining ingredients. Pour over three-quarters of the chocolate. Mix well to combine.
Press the mix into prepared tin. Drizzle the top with the extra chocolate. Allow to cool and harden out of the fridge.
Cut into slices to serve.
