Pesto and Pastrami Sandwich

Pesto and pastrami sandwich, bought to you by MiNDFOOD.

Try grain bread or sour dough for this delicious gourmet Pesto and pastrami sandwich. Wrap in plastic film and place into lunch box with carrot and celery sticks.

Pesto and Pastrami Sandwich

Serves 1

Ingredients:

2 slices white or wholemeal sandwich bread

1 tbsp basil pesto

3 slices pastrami

1 tomato, sliced

3 rocket leaves

baby carrot and celery sticks, to serve

Method:

Place slices of bread onto a flat surface. Spread pesto onto both slices of bread.

Place pastrami, tomato and rocket leaves onto one slice of bread. Cover filling with remaining slice of bread, pesto side down.

Cut in half.

Wrap in plastic film and place into lunch box with carrot and celery sticks.
