Mother Earth Honey and Orange Bliss Balls
Keep your energy levels high with these tasty and nutritious bliss balls.

Makes 24

227g Medjool Dates, pitted, roughly chopped

2 tbsp chia seeds

150g ground almonds

2 teaspoons orange blossom water

2 tablespoons Mother Earth Native Bush Honey

1 orange, finely grated zest

1 teaspoon cinnamon

140g pistachio nuts

Soak dates in boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain well.

Pulse pistachios to make a rough crumb. Set aside.

Place dates, in the bowl of a food processor and blitz until bound together and smooth. Add the chia seeds, ground almonds, orange blossom water, Mother Earth Native Blend Honey, orange zest, cinnamon and half of the pistachio nuts. Pulse to blend well.

Take large teaspoons of mixture and roll into balls. Roll in the remaining pistachio crumb.

Allow to chill before serving. Lasts for 1 month in a sealed container in the fridge.

Tip: Almonds can be used instead of pistachios. Also Orange Blossom water is optional.
