Mini Egg Maple Martini Recipe

If you’re looking for a bit of indulgence, Easter-themed cocktails provide a creative touch. The Mini Egg Maple Martini is a decadent drink for all chocolate lovers. With a splash of Irish cream and mini eggs decorated on the rim of the glass, this is a perfect way to celebrate the Easter long weekend.

Makes 1 serve

Ingredients

  • 50g dark chocolate
  • 15 mini eggs
  • ½ cup Irish cream
  • 3 tablespoons pure Canadian maple syrup
  • 100ml hazelnut liqueur
  • ¼ cup crème de cacao liqueur
  • ¼ cup almond milk

Method

  1. Melt 50g dark chocolate in a shallow bowl. Crush 15 mini eggs. Dip the rim of your martini glass in the melted chocolate, then roll in crushed mini easter eggs.
  2. Blitz ½ cup Irish cream, 3 tablespoons pure Canadian maple syrup, 100ml hazelnut liqueur, ¼ cup crème de cacao liqueur and ¼ cup of almond milk, and the rest of the mini eggs in a blender until completely blended. Pour into your glasses and serve.
