Mello Poppins

A jigger full of freshly squeezed watermelon juice combined with vodka and Aperol - what could be better on a hot summer day?

Mello Poppins

Makes 1 cocktail

30 ml vodka

25 ml Aperol
60ml watermelon juice
20ml lemon juice
dash of egg white

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake.

Add ice, and shake vigorously again.

Double strain into vintage goblet or vestibule of your choice.

Garnish with a skewer of three toasted marshmallows, an edible flower and a dehydrated blood orange wheel.
