INGREDIENTS (SERVES 1 – 2)
1 handful green baby spinach, washed
4 baby cos lettuce leaves, washed
1 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup filtered water
1 tablespoon Healthy Chef Green Smoothie
1 cup of ice
Combine spinach, cos lettuce, pineapple, lemon, water, Healthy Chef Green Smoothie and ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into 1-2 glasses and enjoy.
