Ingredients
45ml cherry blossom water
30ml yuzu juice
15ml cherry blossom syrup
15ml Ketel One Citroen
45ml shiso umeshu
2 slices orange
1 strawberry
2 lychees
Soda water
To garnish
Kaffir lime
Muddle 2 slices orange, 1 strawberry and 2 lychees in highball glass. Add liquid ingredients one by
one. Top with soda water and finish with crushed ice. Garnish with kaffir lime
