Makes 1 bulb
1 garlic bulb
2 sprigs fresh thyme
olive oil, for drizzling
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Cut of the tops of the garlic bulb.
Drizzle a couple teaspoons of olive oil over each exposed head, using your fingers to rub the olive oil and fresh thyme over all the garlic cloves.
Wrap the bulb with aluminium foil.
Bake at 200°C for 30-35 minutes, or until the cloves feel soft when pressed.
