Fresh produce fans simply can’t get enough of the store-cum-cafe formula that Fratelli Fresh do so well.

From Sydney’s Waterloo, to Potts Point, and now Walsh Bay, Barry and Jamie McDonald’s Fratelli Fresh stores are growing in popularity. The latest outlet at Walsh Bay features a lush array of in season fresh fruit and veg, an Italian grocery, and a cafe.

Cafe Sopra maintains the same commitment to quality produce and hearty Italian fare as its sister eateries. Under the guidance of head chef Liz Condon the menu features fresh produce from Fratelli Fresh wherever possible and includes some delicious classics such as Osso Buco and Banoffee pie.  Like most good Italian cooking, Cafe Sopra uses a simple combination of robust and fresh flavours to create dishes that celebrate each unique ingredient. With a blackboard menu featuring about 30 savoury dishes including 10 pasta options, Cafe Sopra provides the perfect setting to idle away an afternoon.

Fratelli Fresh Walsh Bay is open Tuesday to Friday from 11am to 7pm and Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 7pm.

Café Sopra is open for lunch Tuesday to Sunday from 12noon to 3pm and dinner from 6pm to 10pm with a limited bar menu served between 3pm and 6pm.
