60 ml Roots Marlborough Dry Gin
25 ml St-Germain Elderflower Liquer
15 ml each orange and lemon juice
10 ml simple syrup
A dash of orange bitters
Shake and strain into a beautiful cocktail glass and top with your favourite dry sparkling wine.
