Serves 10
450g crabmeat
2 onions
5 tomatoes
1 zucchini
1 bunch of basil
Soy sauce to taste
Pre heat oven to 180 degrees celsius.
Cut the zucchini into thin slices lengthwise and bake in oven for 3 minutes at 180 degrees celsius.
Chop onions and basil and dice tomatoes.
Saute onions and diced tomatoes, stir then add the crab, soy sauce and chopped basil and cook for 5 minutes.
Take pan off heat and allow mixture to cool.
Spoon the crab mixture on to the baked zucchini slices and role into cannelloni shape.
