1.5 Cups Self Raising Flour
1.5 Cups of Desiccated Coconut
1.5 Cups Milk
3/4 Cups of Sugar
Add flour, Coconut, Milk and Sugar to a bowl and mix until well combined,
All to lined loaf tin and bake in moderate, at 180 degrees, for about 45 minutes.
Cake is done when springs back to the touch and has a light golden covering.
Serve hot or cold with butter.
