Cinnamon and Brown Sugar Tilda Breakfast Bowl

Start the day with a nutritious breakfast full of amino acids and essential nutrients.

Cinnamon and Brown Sugar Tilda Breakfast Bowl

Serves 1

 

200g Brown Basmati Rice (microwaveable rice pouch) 

1tbsp Brown Sugar

1tsp Cinnamon

1tsp Honey or Agave Nectar 

Pinch Nutmeg

 

Combine all ingredients together, mixing until everything is thoroughly coated (you’ll know when it’s all slightly glossy and speckled with spices). Top with a sprinkle of brown sugar and cinnamon to taste, and enjoy immediately.
