1 cup Ceres Organics Quinoa
2 cups Imagine Vegetable Broth
Ceres Organics Tamari Soy Sauce, to taste
1 packet Ceres Organics Roasted
Nori Seaweed Snack
Wasabi Mayo (Mitoku Wasbi Powder mixed with Spectrum Mayonnaise)
Your choice of toppings: cucumber, radish, carrot, avocado, capsicum, spring onion, pickled ginger, micro greens, fresh herbs
Cook quinoa according to packet instructions. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Season with tamari soy sauce.
Spread wasabi mayo over each sheet of roasted seaweed, layer with quinoa and your favourite toppings. Enjoy as open sushi or make into mini sushi rolls.
