Serves 2; ready in 10 minutes
2 lettuce leaves
1 small banana
1 golden kiwi fruit
1 tbsp CERES ORGANICS MANUAKU HONEY ACTIVE 5+
1 tbsp CERES ORGANICS CASHEW NUT BUTTER
1/2 cup green grapes
1 tbsp CERES ORGANICS PSYLLIUM HUSK
1 cup warm water
1 tbsp CERES ORGANICS VIRGIN COCONUT OIL
In a cup, dissolve coconut oil in warm water.
Combine remaining ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Add in the water with coconut oil and combine. (Add more water for a thinner consistency, if desired.)
Note: Drink straight away as the psyllium husk will thicken the smoothie the longer it sits, and the fruit will oxidize.
