Candy Cane Vodka Recipe
Makes 2 cups
Ingredients:
2 cups vodka
8 mini candy canes
¼ cup crushed candy canes
Ice cubes
Soda water or mixer of your choice
Mint leaves, to garnish
Method:
Place vodka into a glass container, add candy canes, then leave for 2-3 hours until candy canes dissolve. When ready to serve, shake or stir the mixture to blend. Dip the rims of 2 glasses into the crushed candy canes. Pour vodka into glasses, add ice cubes and top up with soda water.Garnish with mint leaves and extra candy canes if desired.
