This festive, effervescent punch is made using Campari and gin with fresh orange, mango and ginger juice, we also used tonic water. Add fruit ice cubes to the Campari Punch for a visual feast.
Campari Punch Recipe
Serves 4
Ingredients:
500ml fresh orange and mango juice
500ml tonic water
150ml Campari
150ml gin
2 tbsp ginger juice, squeezed from fresh grated ginger
Fruit ice cubes
Method:
Stir all liquids together in large jug or punch bowl. Add an array of ice cubes for a visual feast. Serve.
