Bounty Bliss Bowl
This Bounty Bliss Bowl is packed with antioxidants and can boost your wellbeing and mood while protecting the nervous system thanks to all of the lovely nutrients.

1 handful Red Kale

1 Frozen Banana

1 tsp Chia Seeds

1 tbsp Raw Cacao powder

1 tbsp raw vegan protein powder (optional)

Half a bar The Chocolate Yogi’s ‘Happy Thoughts’

1 cup Rice Milk (or Almond or any Mylk of your choice)

 

Top with:

Dried Coconut

Berries in season & the other half of your chocolate bar squares.

 

Blend all the above on in a high speed blender until smooth & creamy and add your additional toppings.
