Chilli Beef Tortillas with Lettuce and Avocado

Get your fingers dirty during a laid back weeknight meal with these delicious Chilli Beef Tortillas.

Chilli Beef Tortillas with Lettuce and Avocado

Serves 4

reheated leftover chilli beef

8 flour burrito tortillas

½ iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced

1 avocado, cut into large wedges

leftover pickled peppers (chillies)

lime cheeks, to serve

leftover coriander leaves, to serve

½ cup sour cream, to serve

1 Place leftover chilli beef into a saucepan and place over a medium heat. Stir for 
10 minutes or until heated through.

2 Place 2 tortillas onto each serving plate. Spoon beef onto one half of tortillas.

3 Place lettuce and avocado onto other half.

4 Top with sour cream and reserved coriander. Serve with pickled peppers.

5 Roll to enclose.
