Chilli Beef Tortillas with Lettuce and Avocado
Get your fingers dirty during a laid back weeknight meal with these delicious Chilli Beef Tortillas.

Use leftover Chilli Beef to make these easy Chilli Beef Tortillas with Lettuce and Avocado for lunch today.  A tortilla is a thin, flat bread made from maize flour, they can be eaten toasted or cold, typically with a savoury filling. Top these Chilli Beef Tortillas with Lettuce and Avocado, sour cream, coriander and pickled peppers.

Chilli Beef Tortillas with Lettuce and Avocado Recipe

Serves 4

Ingredients:

Reheated leftover chilli beef

8 flour burrito tortillas

½ iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced

1 avocado, cut into large wedges

Pickled peppers (chillies)

lime cheeks, to serve

Coriander leaves, to serve

½ cup sour cream, to serve

Method:

Place leftover chilli beef into a saucepan and place over a medium heat. Stir for 
10 minutes or until heated through.

Place 2 tortillas onto each serving plate. Spoon beef onto one half of tortillas.

Place lettuce and avocado onto other half.

Top with sour cream and reserved coriander. Serve with pickled peppers.

Roll to enclose.
