Chilli Beef Tortillas with Lettuce and Avocado Recipe

Ingredients:
Reheated leftover chilli beef
8 flour burrito tortillas
½ iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced
1 avocado, cut into large wedges
Pickled peppers (chillies)
lime cheeks, to serve
Coriander leaves, to serve
½ cup sour cream, to serve
Method:
Place leftover chilli beef into a saucepan and place over a medium heat. Stir for 10 minutes or until heated through.
Place 2 tortillas onto each serving plate. Spoon beef onto one half of tortillas.
Place lettuce and avocado onto other half.
Top with sour cream and reserved coriander. Serve with pickled peppers.
