300g frozen berries
1 tbsp sugar
250ml Greek yoghurt
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp lemon juice
Heat frozen berries in a saucepan over medium heat. Place them in a blender, purée and allow to cool down.
Take about 50g of the berry purée and mix with the sugar. Mix the remaining berries with the yoghurt, honey and lemon juice and pour into moulds.
Pour a bit of the berry-sugar mixture on top, then carefully insert the popsicle sticks and place the moulds in the freezer until set.
