1 pack Silver Fern Farms Beef Stir-Fry
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
1 tsp dried sweet basil
2 tbsp mayonnaise
4 flour tortillas
Lemon quarters, to serve
Broccoslaw
1⁄2 broccoli, finely shredded
1 carrot, grated
1 green apple, grated
1⁄4 red cabbage
Remove Silver Fern Farms Beef Stir-Fry from the packaging and allow to bloom at room temperature.
Mix together soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, garlic, lemon pepper seasoning and sweet basil in a bowl. Add the beef and leave to infuse for 30 minutes.
Preheat a frying pan to medium-high. Cook the beef in 2-3 batches for approximately 1-2 minutes each side. Transfer to a plate, cover, and rest for 2-3 minutes.
Warm tortillas in oven or microwave. Spread mayonnaise over one side of each tortilla; sprinkle with broccoslaw; spoon the beef mixture down the centre of each tortilla; roll up and serve.
