Basic Asian Mince Recipe
Makes enough for two recipes
Ingredients:
1.5 kg pork mince
3 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp light soy sauce
11⁄2 tbsp sesame oil
1⁄3 cup cornflour
3 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tbsp grated ginger
Method:
Place mince in a large bowl. Add oyster and soy sauces, sesame oil, cornflour, crushed garlic and ginger. Using clean hands, mix it thoroughly until combined and springy.
Divide mixture into two batches and use to create the following two meals, the San Choy Bow and Asian Vegetable Soup with Dumplings.
