Apple & Jam Crumble
Apple and Jam Crumble recipe brought to you by Weight Watchers and MiNDFOOD.

800g Granny Smith apples

2 tbs Weight Watchers Fruit of the Forest Fruit Spread

2 x 34g Weight Watchers Macadamia
& Cranberry Nut Bars, chopped

2 tbs plain flour

1 tbs Weight Watchers Canola Spread

1 Preheat oven to 180ºC or 160ºC fan-forced. Peel, core and quarter apples then cut each quarter into 3 thick slices. Place apples and 2 tablespoons water in a large saucepan. Cover and bring to the boil, then reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until apples are tender. Spoon cooked apples into 1.25-litre (5-cup) capacity ovenproof dish, then dot evenly with the Weight Watchers Fruit of the Forest Fruit Spread.

2 To make the crumble topping, place chopped Weight Watchers Macadamia & Cranberry Nut Bars, flour and Weight Watchers Canola Spread in a medium bowl. Using your fingertips, rub together until well combined. Sprinkle crumble topping over apple mixture, then bake for 20 minutes or until golden. Serve.

SERVE WITH: Weight Watchers French Vanilla Ice Cream, allowing 1½ ProPoints values [new plan doesn’t have ½ ProPoints] for every 37g (1/2 tub) serve.

TIP: You can use pear instead of apple. This recipe will then have xx ProPoints per serve
