MiNDFOOD meets: Brooklyn Hide bagels

New York gave us thin-crust pie, giant pretzels, pastrami sandwiches, and now those delightful rolls with holes: bagels.

The breaded treats have become such a hit that you can now find source them not to far from home. Thanks to Daniel Littlepage and Matthew Forsdike, Sydneysiders can get a taste of NYC without crossing the International Date Line. Brooklyn Hide is the name of their bagel bar, and it’s serving up more than just cream cheese with these house-boiled treats.
