On Monday, 1 May 2017, Saigon Sally’s Executive Chef Adrian Li will showcase his passion for creativity, produce and Asian-inspired flavour combinations at Saigon Sally’s seasonally inspired, vegetarian degustation, ‘Sally’s Garden Party’.
Throughout the evening, diners will be taken on a unique culinary journey, relishing in dishes not usually seen on the menu at Saigon Sally including: peach, lemongrass and burrata; salted cucumber, zucchini and fermented tofu; salt baked kohlrabi, watercress and snow peas; and yellow curry, daikon and carrot.
The six-course dinner is priced at $65 per person, and includes one earth-inspired drink on arrival.
