Ingredients:
- 500g fresh tuna, cut into
- small dice
- 1 avocado, cut into small dice
- 2 shallots, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp horseradish
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- ¼ cup chives, chopped
- ⅓ cup coriander, chopped
- 1 cup tomato, blanched,
- peeled and diced
- 2 tbsp tamari
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients with a spoon. Taste and season. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
