1 banana (chopped and frozen)
1 cup frozen raspberries
½ cup coconut yoghurt
1 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
1 tsp chia seeds
Topping options:
Fresh raspberries, hazelnuts, shredded coconut, almond flakes, pistachios.
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed until completely smooth. The consistency should be like soft-serve ice cream.
