Sam and Hannah Morrah share their family’s secret recipe for herb dressing with us, best enjoyed with their chickpea salad.
Gran Ali’s Herb Dressing:
Large bunch of parsley
1/4 cup malt vinegar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried mustard pepper
cayenne pepper (pinch)
2 dessertspoons sugar
3-4 garlic cloves
Blend (pulse) together all the above ingredients. Slowly pour in 2 cups of vegetable oil. Mix until white and thick. Easy!
