30ml olive brine
30ml vermouth
150ml vodka Ice
Grilled green olives, to serve
Toothpicks, to serve
Place the olive brine, vermouth and vodka into a jug or shaker, stir or shake with the ice. Strain and pour into 2 martini glasses. Skewer the grilled green olives with the toothpicks and use to garnish.
