Our favourite gin-inspired pop-up, The Botanical Bazaar by Bombay Sapphire, returns this November. This year’s event will feature five food stalls and cocktail stations curated byBombay Sapphire spirits ambassador, Chase Bickerton, and Jamie Johnston, the man behind pop-up sensation, Judge Bao.
Each of the five food stalls will be influenced by the flavours of Spain, Italy, Germany, China and Morocco, countries where Bombay Sapphire sources its ten botanicals, and will be paired with a different gin cocktail.
The Botanical Bazaar will run from Wednesday 1 to Sunday 5 November at Fresh Factory, Eden Terrace, Auckland. Tickets are available at iTicket now. Click here to buy.
