Royal Family join David Attenborough for screening of his new film

Sir David visited Kensington Palace for an outdoor screening of his upcoming film with the Duke of Cambridge and his family

He even brought gifts for the kids! When they met, Sir David Attenborough gave Prince George a tooth from a giant shark, the scientific name of which is carcharocles megalodon (‘big tooth’). The giant shark tooth that is millions of years old was found by Sir David in the 1960s.

The Duke and Sir David Attenborough continue to support one another in their missions to tackle some of the biggest environmental challenges our planet faces. In the film, Sir David presents some of the most defining moments of his career as a naturalist and the devastating changes he has seen.

‘David Attenborough: A Life On Our Planet’ is set to premiere in cinemas across the world on September 28, before launching on Netflix globally on 4 October.
