Pavlovas are a classic there is no doubt about it. But when you can't decide between a classic strawberry and cream combo or tropical fruit and chocolate, a pavlova board is the only option.

Summer entertaining is busy. People pop in unexpected, lunchtime barbecues turn into afternoon drinks and then it’s dinner time, and ‘What’s for dessert?’

Introducing, Pavlova boards.

On a board, similar to a cheese board, place a variety of toppings, such as fresh fruit, whipped cream and chocolate shavings. We’ve compiled our list of must-have pavlova board ingredients below.
