Meghan Markle is dipping her toes back into the Hollywood scene with a new film project with Disney. This time, the former Duchess will be lending her voice to a new Disney documentary, Elephants.

The announcement comes just days before her and Harry’s official end of royal duties.

It also confirms the rumours swirling around a secretly-recorded conversation between Harry and Disney CEO Bob Iger, where Harry talked up his wife’s voice acting skills, suggesting he give her a gig.

The film follows a herd of elephants in Africa as they trek 1,000 miles across the continent. It’s the first film with the Duchess’ new Disney deal, which was done in exchange for a donation to the Elephants Without Borders charity.

The documentary is set to premiere on Disney+ on April 3.

Meanwhile, the couple are currently quarantining on Vancouver island with Archie.
