The Duchess has been patron of SportsAid since 2013, an organisation which helps young sportsmen and women who aspire to be the country’s next sporting champions with financial assistance for training and competition costs.

Catherine was all smiles as she participated in various activities, including sprint training with para-athlete sprinter Emmanuel Oyinbo-Coker, and taekwondo with Lutalo Muhammad.
She continued her trend of wearing affordable apparel, donning Zara pants and £29.50 Marks & Spencer sneakers for the event.

It comes after the duchess stepped out with husband Prince William for a theatre engagement, with the pair attending a charity performance of musical Dear Evan Hansen.
