The two-day Tapped in G&T Festival is set to kick off this weekend, 17-18 April in Melbourne’s Southbank suburb.
Hosted by Patient Wolf Distilling Co., the free event will see the launch of Victoria’s first-ever Long Rays tonic and soda fountain, a sustainable and distiller-approved system that delivers premium tonic and soda on tap.
Celebrating the event, the talented mixologists from Patient Wolf will be slinging delicious gin cocktails, putting their creative spin on the classics, including Yuzu and Wattle Pollen Sprits and Pear, Rhubarb and Lemon Verbena Spritz.
Guests are also invited to customise their own gin and tonics with a selection of different garnishes. A local food truck will be delivering delicious bites to eat, while the DJ plays some tunes.
