A MiNDFOOD cocktail menu: An eclectic mix

What you’ll find below is a selection of our favourite fruits of mixology, but be sure to check out of our full range of cocktail recipes for further inspiration.

George Clooney’s top pick: Kiwi Mint (pictured above)

60 ml Casamigos Blanco Tequila

30 ml Kiwi Puree

15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice

15 ml Simple Syrup

8-10 Mint Leaves

Top off with Soda Water

Combine all ingredients, except soda water into tin shaker. Muddle herbs, add ice and shake vigorously. Fine strain into a tall glass and add fresh ice and crushed ice at top. Garnish with kiwi slice and mint sprig.

One of the best ways to serve Casamigos is in chilled cocktails and – for a fun twist – in frozen popsicles flavoured with fresh, seasonal ingredients and mixers.

Winter warmer: Mulled Wine Whiskey

2 cinnamon sticks

6 whole cloves

Combine sugar, 1/3 cup water, whiskey, cinnamon, cloves, orange rind, vanilla and star anise in a saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until sugar dissolves. Add wine; cook for 2-3 minutes.

San Pellegrino: The San Gaudenzio

The San Gaudenzio will not disappoint If you’re looking for an assertive cocktail. The warm and enticing aroma of hazelnuts combines with the acidic boost from the lime, with both of them blending in with the enterprising taste of the Chinotto Sanpellegrino.

30 ml fresh lime juice

1 Sanpellegrino Chinotto

Lime

Chill the glass in the freezer, then pour in the hazelnut liqueur and filtered freshly squeezed lime juice. Stir with a bar spoon and fill with ice. Add the Chinotto Sanpellegrino and decorate with thin slices of lime.

Love on the rocks

Love on the Rocks will offer you a moment of fullness on the palate, thanks to its rounded, sweet taste. The strong scent of gin contrasts with the delicacy of blood orange Sanpellegrino, together creating a unique balance.

70 ml Sanpellegrino Aranciata Rossa

Crushed ice

Orange slice

The Classic Italian 75

The Classic Italian 75 has elegant notes of Prosecco blend with the pungent notes of gin to create a harmonious, headily scented cocktail that opens up the palate with tart hints of lemon.

20 ml Gin

100 ml Sanpellegrino Limonata

100 ml Prosecco

Lemon slice or twist

Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes and wait a moment for the sides of the glass to chill. Remove the ice and add the gin, Sanpellegrino Limonata and Prosecco. Mix gently with a bar spoon and pour the cocktail into a glass.
